Who we are

This website is published by Vivy Green and Humanity, a non-profit association based at Lot II U 54 PK, Andrainarivo, Antananarivo, Madagascar. For any question about your personal data, write to contact [at] vivygreen [dot] com or use our contact form.

Data we collect

We only collect the information you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject you choose and your message. We use it to reply to you and to follow up on volunteering, partnership or donation requests. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Messages are stored on our website and sent to our mailbox, contact@vivygreen.com. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your request and for no more than three years after our last exchange.

Google reCAPTCHA

Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects technical information such as your IP address and how you interact with the page, and sends it to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses a cookie to remember your choice on the cookie banner, and technical cookies needed for the contact form and for logged-in administrators. Google reCAPTCHA, loaded on the contact page, may set its own cookies.

Fonts

Some fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.

We may update this policy when our website changes. The current version was published in October 2026.
